Richard and Lauree Hayden

Richard and Lauree Hayden have been serving in Guatemala as Field Directors for Global Year since 2019. After their initial mission trip in 2017, they sensed the Lord leading them to move to this beautiful country to serve as full-time missionaries. Richard is a former student and teaching pastor, and Lauree is a retired public-school teacher. The Haydens, along with their sons Caleb and Joshua, are passionate about being disciples who make disciples, both with Global Year students and Guatemalans.
